Frequently Asked Questions
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by August 1, 2025.
What will the weather be like?
Boise weather in September can be a wild card! While its likely to be a sunny fall day in the 70s, we recommend being prepared for near 90 degrees, rainy day.
How do I get to the venues?
Each venue is easily accessible from all parts of Boise! Please navigate to the Travel and Stay page for the venue addresses. If you need assistance with navigation from your stay feel free to contact Nina at nschae5@gmail.
Can I bring a date?
Please check your invite for your +1!
Someone special in your life that we missed? If you’ve started dating someone serious, and we missed them on our invite – let us know at nschae5@gmail.com! We love love and will try our hardest to accommodate your loved one as our guest, if possible!
Are kids welcome?
Children listed on invites are, of course, welcome. If you have concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at nschae5@gmail.com
How does seating work?
The ceremony will not have assigned sides or seating, please choose wherever makes you most comfortable! We have assigned seating for the reception dinner only.
What should I wear?
For the wedding, think dressy casual! We just want you to have a good time and not get too hot or cold, so wear a sundress or slacks and a button-up that you feel great in. Make sure to bring comfy shoes and a jacket for the evening.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
There is an ADA accessible bathroom on the main floor, and the ceremony will be on slightly uneven ground outdoors. We will make every accommodation necessary for your comfort, we just need to know what you need! Please reach out to us at nschae5@gmail.com with questions or necessary accommodations.
Where should I park?
There is plenty of parking at Kathryn Albertsons Park, and we encourage you to bike if you can! The Shrine Social Club is at the center of downtown with a variety of parking garages and street parking available. Please consider alternative transportation, and of course, use rideshare services if drinking.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony is outdoors but under a shelter, and the reception is indoors. There is a city park next to Shrine Social Club in case you need some air!
I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
Please navigate to our Travel and Stay page for our recommended places to stay.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we don’t want phones in our ceremony photos. We absolutely welcome candid shots during dancing and the reception. (please send them to us!)
Will food be served?
Our caterer, City of Good will be serving a Mediterranean style buffet! We will be serving ice cream for dessert, a staple in the GABINA household.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
We have worked with City of Good to provide plenty of options. Please specify this in your RSVP, and if you have further concerns please reach out to us at nschae5@gmail.com
Will there be dancing?
Of course! We have 2 (two!) dance floors and look forward to busting out some moves with you all.
